Hoi An

This restaurant offers a distinctive dining experience from the moment you enter the warm and inviting room. Presenting traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a French influence in a superb setting inspired by the ancient city it was named after - the pale tangerine walls, brilliant turquoise shutters and fine warm wood all set the scene for the mouthwatering meal that will follow. Under the expert supervision of Chef Nguyen Trong Phu, fine Vietnamese cuisine comes to life in a wonderful atmosphere of fine dining and enjoyment. Using the hallmarks of this eclectic cuisine, all Vietnamese food is fresh, natural and healthy, using the freshest vegetables and herbs available.

Marrakech

Serving authentic Moroccan cuisine presented in a traditional courtyard ambiance with a Moroccan trio playing live music (dinner only), the flavors and sounds of Morocco come alive under the guidance of Chef Khadijah Manar and her team. Formerly employed by the Royal Palace in Fez, Morocco, Chef Khadijah brings the famous dishes and sweets of her country to life from carefully preserved recipes. Savour a fresh choice of couscous dishes or tajine specialties baked and served in traditional ceramics; cap these off with rich desserts and refreshing mint tea poured from silver pots into tiny cups - the perfect end to an unforgettable meal.

Dunes Cafe

With a choice of seating either inside or outside and offering an expansive buffet of international favorites, Dunes is fast becoming one of the most popular restaurants on Sheikh Zayed Road. The buffet features a live cooking station, as well as, a plentiful selection of gourmet salads, Arabic mezzeh, seafood and hot dishes.
