For passengers looking for a low-cost hotel in the city centre, the Queens Hotel is the ideal choice. Credit card facilities are not available in the hotel. (03/09 SB) The facade of the hotel blends in with the other buildings in the neighbourhood being mid-sized, with around 5 storeys. The Queens Hotel, is located in the centre of Dubai, in the Deira district, close to the famous gold souk and spice market. The immediate area is very popular with the Asian community living in Dubai.

The size of the rooms varies, and the condition of the rooms is basic, but comfortable. All have central air conditioning, color television and direct dial telephone. All rooms do have private bathroom with basic facilities.

My room was opposite the Lifts

My room was opposite the Lifts and it was very noisy. The room was adequate. Bathroom adequate although shower water was only warm and not too swift flowing, a little smelly. Bed clean and comfortable. Lot of noise from the street. Door of room would not lock had to ask for help twice. Staff pleasant. Left before breakfast started. Felt it was overcharged £40 for the night was a lot of money in Downtown Dubai.
