Charming staff and lovely room
The Staff are the best feature at this lovely hotel. The rooms are simple and elegant in their decor, the room service was prompt and tasty but it was the genuine interest and service levels by the staff that made this stay totally enjoyable. From the front desk to the concierge who helped me with a Fedex pick up, to check out you were made feel welcome and special. The construction around the area could be a touch noisy at times but this is only a minor issue and temporary in nature. The layout of the rooms and inclusion of both bath and shower were welcome. I am booking my return trip already as I do not want to miss out on the chance to stay here again. The hotel is also close to the new Burj tower and made for some great nightime photos! Great location for shopping and airport transport. Shukran.

Excellent experience in Dubai
It was nice to stay in a hotel with personality, reflecting the country in which you're visiting. While achieving this, the Qamardeen Hotel also provided great service and was in an excellent location for our purposes. The only negative was the relative value compared to other 4 or 5 star establishments.

とてもオススメできるホテルです。 建物はアラブ様式で新しく、外観もきれいでした。 部屋は現代的で清潔でコンパクト、かつおしゃれです。 デスクやLAN配線も部屋にあるので、ビジネス利用にも便利と思います。 １階のビジネスセンターに無料でできるインターネットコーナーもあり、 プリントやFAXといったサービスも受け付けています。 浴槽に入る際は、用意してある滑り止めのシートを引くことをお勧めします。 本当に滑りやすいので。 日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、 出来るだけわかるように っくり英語で説明してくれました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 到着時にデーツと飲み物のサービスがありました。 立地はバージュ・アラブから歩いて8分くらいでしょうか。 私たちは夜、ドバイモールにも2日続けて歩いて行きました。 ただし、現在ホテル付近の道路などインフラ関係が工事中で、 夕方は特にひどい渋滞が起こっていました。 （深夜空港に向かう時なんかは全く問題なかったです） 新聞は現地の言語のものでしたが、 夜部屋に帰ると共同通信の新聞のコピーを清掃時に置いておいて くれていました（日本人なので日本語） ロビーのバーは24時間営業で、軽食やアルコール、飲み物があります。 サラダとビールしか頼んでいませんが、快適かつ味も美味しかったです。 最後の夜には、リコンファームや空港への送迎など 手伝えることがあれば申しつけてくださいという手紙も部屋に来ました。 とても親切なホテルでした。 私たちはチェックアウトを0時にしました。 事前に空港へのタクシーをお願いしていたところ、 正確にタクシーがきました。 昼間はハイヤー専用のスタッフが入口に立っているので タクシーに乗るのに困る事はありませんでした。 価格・立地・サービスを考慮すると大満足なホテルです。 もしまた観光、買い物にドバイに行く場合は利用します。

Beachtlich
Wir haben fünf Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren insbesondere vom exzellenten Service angetan. Sämtliche Mitarbeitende haben uns sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und professionell umsorgt. Das Hotel steht offenbar unter sehr guter Führung. Das Haus ist besser als manches 5 Sterne Haus in den Emiraten!

Trotz Mitternachtsankunft sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Zimmer Up-Grade wurde kostenfrei vom Hotel bei der Ankunft vorgenommen. Für Hauptinteresse Burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall idealer Ausgangsort!!!
