I had a late check-in and arrived around midnight looking forward to getting some rest after nearly 10 hours of traveling. ... They show me to my room which smelled strongly of smoke. When I asked for a room change because I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, they said that they had non available (in a 400 room hotel!) and that the fault was with Orbitz not with them. I had to wait another hour until I finally got my room, and nothing was offered to compensate me. I still paid the full price for the room even though I didnt get it until nearly 2am. All they offered was an orange juice while I waited in the lobby. And instead of being apologetic they seemed annoyed that I was making a fuss.
