A Fabulous Hotel
This hotel is superb. I have no idea why some people have not given it 5 stars. We were looking for a luxury break where we had nothing to do but pamper ourselves for a week and thats exactly what were able to do. The half board option was brilliant and made it great value for money. The choices of restaurant were excellent and the extra we paid on top of our half board to eat in the Amala Indian was worth every penny. The location is fantastic with great views and proximity to the beach. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to get into the city and the shops however this was not an issue for us, but be aware. We have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and this one is right up there with the best we have experienced.

Nice location and facilities and super for toddlers; but....
the service level was quite far away from what can be expected at a 5 star hotel! Information about airport pick-up was inadequate, check-inn took too long considering that we arrived in the middle of the night, the room was not fully ready, service in the restaurants was extremely slow and uncoordinated etc. etc. It seemed overall like management was not really taking charge.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage etwa 35 Min. vom Flughafen. Freundliches Personal. Ausgesprochen saubere Zimmer und sehr gepflegte Umgebung. Sehr teuer aber dafür auch angenehme Hotelgäste. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer der Palmen in Dubai, daher kein Schwimmen im offenen Meer.

Komfortables Hotel auf der Palme
Sehr guter Komfort, schöne Lage am Strand, beste Bedienung und eine ausgezeichnetes Spa. Leider ist das Hotel am Rand der Palme und dadurch mit Metro oder zu Fuss schlecht zu erreichen. Der einzige Weg an andere Orte in Dubai zu kommen, ist mit dem Taxi zu fahren. Trotzdem eignet sich dieses Hotel für einen komfortablen Verwöhnurlaub bestens.
