great price for the location
great hotel for the price. Room had a small kitchenette with washer/dryer. It is easy walking distance to Burjuman Mall and metro to downtown area. The breakfast was very good, with wide range of food selections for only 24 AED. Would definiately recommend this hotel.

Jormand Apartments in Dubai
Staff never came and cleaned room during week stay. Had to use same towels all week. Had to order new ones, maid never came for old ones or cleaned the room. I upgraded to Executive Suite, room was just a large Hotel room with SMALL kitchen. Flight was delayed 2 days, still had to pay for nights i was not there to keep my reservation.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Sukhomvit, macht im Eingangsbereich einen sauberen Eindruck, der leider im Hotelzimmer enttäuscht. Das erste Zimmer mussten wir beanstaden, da es wirklich nicht sauber war. Teppich sieht sehr verbraucht aus, überall Dreck und Abfallrsten. Auf der Nachtkommode lag noch vom Vorgänger der Ohrenstöpsel... eklig! beim Kühlschrank waren de resten der letzten 100 Gäste zu sehen. Im Badezimmer war das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt und im Lavabo waren noch resten von Erdbeeren... Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer, es war nicht wirklich viel besser aber sauberer. Eine Lampe funktionierte da nicht, Kühlschrank war sehr schmutzig und im Badezimmer gab es keine Badewanne oder Duschwanne... Und im Gang auf dem Stockwerk stank es...

Todella pettynyt asiakaspalveluun
Lähetin sähköpostilla kyselyn hotelliin 2,5 kk:ta ennen matkaa enkä koskaan saanut vastausta meiliini. Asiakaspalvelu todella huonoa jokaisen vastaanotossa työskentelevän kohdalla! Sisäänkirjautuminen vei yhteensä 3 tuntia! Hotelli oli ylibuukattu ja siitä syystä jouduimme ensimmäiseksi yöksi noin 25 km etäisyydelle hotellista heidän toiseen hotelliinsa, joka oli paljon huonompi tasoinen! Meillä oli kirjallinen vahvistus varauksesta. Asiakaspalvelun saaminen kesti aina ja oli töykeää! Aamiaisella järkyttävä sotku, epäsiisteys ja kaikkea (välineet, kupit, lautaset. lasit ym) piti pyytää kaiken ollessa aina loppu ja kesti saada tavara/tuote kauan. Hotelli kaikkinensa on täysin luokaton.

hotel jourmand
le personnel est sympa chambre propre a l'arrive mais menage fait tres peu de fois par la suite la piscine est passable le hamam completement hs le jaccuzi fonctionne que sur une moitier du coup pas de bulle il sert a rien la salle de musculation est bien metro 10 min a pied il y a plein d'endroit ou manger et un petit supermarcher pas tres loin hotel bien pour dormir mais pas pour passer du bon temps a l'interieur

loez une voiture vous couteras moins cher que prendre les transport et votre sejour sera plus agreable c'est ce que j'ai fait et heureusement en voiture tout est facilement accessible et pas tres loin

Mauvaise expérience
Hôtel plutôt bien situé pour les personnes aimant se balader dans les quartiers populaires de Dubaï pour faire du shopping mais un peu trop éloigné de la station de métro la plus proche (environ 15 minutes). Très mal entretenu, plaques électriques sales, serviettes de bain sales, micro ondes sale, piscine et jaccuzzi qui auraient besoin d'une nouvelle jeunesse, personnel du house keeping incompétent... En bref un hôtel qui vaut le prix que l'on a payer l'essentiel pour nous étant d'avoir eu un lit pour dormir mais où je ne séjournerai plus à l'avenir et que je ne conseille pas!!

Hôtel légèrement trop loin de la station de métro (environ 15 min à pied), équipement des appartements dans un état médiocre à cause du manque d'entretien évident... Pas de liquide vaisselle, ni de sèche linge, serviettes de bains avec des taches de sang qui ne sont pas parties au lavage, plaques de cuissons et micro ondes très mal entretenus, quelques affaires personnelles mises à la poubelle par le personnel du house keeping mais heureusement sans grande valeur... Piscine et jacuzzi correct mais encore une fois mal entretenus... Hôtel plutôt bien situé si l'on aime passer du temps dans les "quartiers populaires" de Dubaï mais un peu trop éloigné de ¨la marina et du mall of the emirates...Hôtel que je déconseille mais qui vaut le petit prix payé bien qu'il est certain que je n'y séjournerai plus à l'avenir.

The worst experience I never had.
The worst experience I never had. Even the receptionist try to sell me a taxi for 75 dirhams to the aiport. I paid 23Dhrs. Just discasting.
