Trés serviable
l'hotel est excelent mais il est à 60 bornes de la ville , j'ai loué une voiture mais c'etait très difficile de faire une journée fareiniente soleil et ville à la fois car il faut 2h allee retour . sinon le service est excelent le buffet etait d'une qualité superieur à un 5 étoile de istambul ( titanic hotel ) et la conciergerie m'ont reglé un probleme de voiture de location en panne , ils sont adorable relations resort aussi ils renseignent très bien et ils sont occupé de me booker des ticket de groupons ( bateau et restaurant ) ils sont mais vraiment à la hauteur !!! bravo , je les salue !! ouafae

la prochaine fois certainement l'année prochaine , je prendrai un hotel à jumeira marina ou à deira proches des mall et de toutes les attractions ainsi qur boire un verre ou se faire un restaurant !! j'ai pris un e-pack avion hotel et voiture , c'etait très raisonnable en terme de prix pour une destination chic!! l'avion emirates c'etait super , l'hotel aussi et la location de voiture panne le dernier jour en route vers l'aeroport panique , la conciergerie de l'hotel ont geré mon problème comme des pro !! et j'ai eu une voiture de remplacement et j'ai pu arriver à l'heure à l'aeroprt ,,, ils sont serieux chez ebookers !!bravo cet hotel est ideal pour la qualité du service , et pour un repos merité

Ottimo Albergo, un po fuori dalle
Ottimo Albergo, un po fuori dalle attrazioni della città ma ottimamente servito dai taxi e a solo 10 minuti dall'Mall of emirates. Spiaggia bianchissima e mare ottimo. Numerose attività proposte dall'albergo a prezzi ragionevoli e ottime proposte culinarie e per la sera. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerò presto!
