Execellent
I will make it sure and sweet its a excellent hotel the staff and managers all were great service ,the food wow you cant stopping eating .close to the old gold market (souk gold ) taxi are there all the time .to do things for fun there is a booking service they book all your needs for the family just ask the staff they will help you with any questions ..its a must try Dunes Desert you will love it and go to Abu Dubai at the farrier word the fast ride in the world just get a private car to take you to Abu Dubai its cheap...plus in the hotel there is shops to shop and a nice coffee shops and ice ring for the family ,so much more things in the hotel to do .we will be going again and this is the hotel i will be staying :)

Great! Staff were amazing Gave my wife a great surprise by putting a birthday cake and card in room while we were out. Dubai Taxis always out by the concierge Ice rink and mini shopping mall with supermarket in the hotel. Stayed in gulf facing room good views! Spa in the hotel Restaurant in the hotel not good.

Simply and Overnight
The finishes of the hotel were very nice, room was smallish but wasn't spending more than an overnight anyway. Love the 5 piece bath. Room service food wasn't as described.

Great for singles
The hotel and staff was amazing, the only thing I disliked was the dreadful location. As long as you are in the hotel, you will believe it's five star and the moment you step out it's getto. The club inside was a nightmare, definitely not classy. If you are familiar with the city and can drive around, this hotel was great and comfortable, but if not, try searching different locations.

Rating for location is dependant
Rating for location is dependant upon where you want to go to/from in Dubai. Our requirement was within 15 minutes of airport. We found the facilities and the service to be first class. Modern (recent reno) and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay there again. And will next time we are stopping over in Dubai.
