Spacious, comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown Dubai
Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai provides guests with abundant amenities and a prime location. Overpriced for the location
The hotel is not close to anything. It's a 15-20 walk to get anywhere. You have to take a taxi to get around. The hotel is decent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. You do have to pay a lot for the internet and any local calls. It should be free for the price but that's normal for Sheraton.

Sightseeing tip:
Long walk from hotel
Stay close to the metro line or the bus station to make traveling through Dubai easier. The extra cost of the hotel will be made up in not needing a taxi to get around.

Nice room
I stayed one night. Big and very clean room. Good bed. Not far from metro and plenty of options in Bur Dubai and Deira as well.

It was great, and the location was good.
I enjoyed my stay at the Sherton and I loved going shopping which the location was great for me. I would recommend staying there again. The only thing I did not like was some areas were blocked on the internet and I wasn't able to check personal information. Thank You Sharon Hyman

Nothing was too much trouble for
Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff here. I would definitely stay here again. They have a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall, also to the beach. The bus doesn't run very often but taxi's are really cheap.

Very clean and spacious room -
Very clean and spacious room - we had a Starwood Preferred Guest Room. Small rooftop pool and bar area. Not a great location in downtown Dubai over 1km walk to nearest metro station, but free shuttlebus services to beach and mall and taxis easy to get. Excellent service from helpful and friendly staff.

Business on a budget
Business trip
hotel was clean and nice, just a little out of place and not many convenient features or place near by. No wireless internet in the suites, no payphones in the hotel lobby etc. The cafe in the lobby had limited items available. The rooms were a great size and very clean. walking to fast food was easy no real fine dining or modern shopping near by. however if you dont mine the surroundings the hotel is a nice hotel which is classier then the others near by.

Very friendly service with good
Very friendly service with good sized rooms. The location is good, taxi's readily available, shuttle bus to Mall of the Emirates and the Beach Park. Short walk to restaurant's and shopping malls.
