Great location, value and staff

You can't get a better location
This hotel is nice, modern, clean, with friendly staff and good amenities but best of all is location. You are a 5 min walk from the Mall of Emirates and metro stop and in the center of New Dubai which is a 10 min cab ride to the marina, Burj Al Arab and Madinat, and Dubai Mall. The room itself was also great with a seperate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The pool was rooftop with great views and very modern. Lulu's Hypermarket was also a 3 min walk and you could get everything you want for the kitchen.

A problem with our booking was resolved within 24 hours, and any problems reported to reception were quickly corrected. The apartments are truly huge and make for a comfortable stay. The supermarket opposite is a massive plus. Previous comments meant we did not take breakfast in the block but dinner there was good value. Taxis in Dubai being cheap and plentiful make this a reasonable location. Make sure you bring your full duty free allowance if you like a drink. We recommend Corp Ex highly.

Great Base
Everything fine about this hotel except limited pool/lounger space. The only real problem that we experienced was that the travel agent failed to advise the hotel of our booking and we were kept waiting for over an hour while they located an available room. Although not the hotel's fault they sortred the problem by the following morning and we received a free breakfast and a complimentary basket of fruit.

Great new suites
very pleasant, all glass outside walls, new building. Only complaint is it seemed a bit more exprensive than other hotels, though I think the huge living room and bred room(s) are worth it, and kitchen, if you need the space--I didn't, but if you do, excellent separate tub and super and very comfortable sleek design.

tres bon rapport qualité prix
Trés bon séjour de 4 nuits. Personnel tres agréable et amicale. Tres bel appartement, bien aménagé, mais manque quand meme de vaisselle. Trés bonne literie. Petite piscine sur le toit, beaucoup de monde hélas et peu de transats par manque d'espace. Belle salle de sport. Bien situé prés de mall of the emirates. supermarché en face de l'hotel. Métro accessible à pied.

Très bon hotel et bonnes prestations
Très bon hotel, très propre, avec de grandes chambres très bien équipées, un personnel à l'écoute et souriant. Très bien situé à proximité de la piste de ski, et d'un centre commercial. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds. Super

Super Hotel
Sehr gutes Aparthotel Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit apartment sauber und groß 78qm Frühstück reichlich und gut Wurst,Käse,verschiedene sorten Brot und Gebäck alles was das Herz begehrt.Personal sehr umsichtig.Pool auf dem Dach etwas klein aber ausreichend. alles in allen ein gutes Hotel mit allem was man braucht.Da es sich um ein Stadthotel handelt sollte man es natürlich nicht mit einem Strandhotel vergleichen.Preis Leistung stimmt. Zum Jumeira Beach Park sind es mit dem Taxi ca.12-15 für umgerechnet 6€ Eintrittsgeld ca 1€ Strand und Palmen was will man mehr.Wir kommen bestimmt noch eimal wieder.
