Good location
Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect, just beside metro station. Pool and GYM area very nice. Sauna is in need of immediate repair! Be aware, if you are offered a room from Sheikh Zayed Raod side and lower that 20th level. The traffic noise will be there 24h a day! Some small problems seems to occure in service (housekeeping, picking luggage etc.) and equipments of the apartment, but the personnel is very friendly and try at least to help.

Excellent appart hotel nearby the Dubai Mall
I was there for one week with my family. The hotel is very good, new, clean, very well located, nearby the dubai mall and Burj khalifa. Nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. The metro station is in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpfull and pleasant. Very good address in Dubai, excellent stay.

gutes hotel für familien mit 2 oder 3 kindern
ein ordentliches gut geführtes hotel.die lage ist sehr gut.alle sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit kurzen taxifahrten zu erledigen.supermarkt gleich um die ecke.wir würden es mit familie wieder buchen. T.Gärtig

bon rapport qualité prix
nous avions un grand appartement avec 3 chambres d environs 120 m' avec 3 salles de bains, un sejours avec du mobilier de moyenne gamme mais confortable,une petite cuisine avec lave linge lave vaisselle seche linge mais qui manque de vaisselles ,de plats,de couverts enfin le minimun pour pouvoir faire un peu de cuisine .tres pratique des petites superettes pas loin de l hotel. le menage et les chanbres sont faites tout les jours et le menage final est egalement effectue par leur soin.l hotel par lui meme tres bien situe au pied de la station de metro" financal".quand au personel si vous ne parler pas anglais c est un peu complique mais heuresement le matin il y avait un garcon sympa qui parlais francais et le soir il y avais Noor une marocaine super sympa qui nous a bien aider sur les petits problemes que nous pouvions avoir, merci encore a elle.enfin un bon rapport qualite prix pour une famille avec taxi ou metro a porté de porte

Otimo localização fica ao lado da estação de metro e proximo do Dubai Mall. Se der fome ainda tem um Pizza Hut e um Applebee ao lado.
