Not what was promised
According to this very hotel booking website, there would have been a hotel shuttle, early check in was possible and breakfast included. When we tried to book the hotel shuttle a day in advance, they said it was fully booked and no replacement. When we arrived at the hotel at 10am, our room was not ready, instead of "10min" as promised, it took an hour and half before we could check in. We were not offered any coffee or drinks in the meantime. We could not book the hotel shuttle to get back to the airport the next day, as we did not have a room number. When we tried to book the hotel shuttle later that day, it was again supposedly fully booked. Only after insisting and explaining our situation, they would organise airport transportation for us at the same rate as the shuttle would have been. The room itself was nice and mostly clean, quiet. Breakfast was (despite advertised otherwise) not included in the room rate. Adding it is absolutely overpriced given average cost for food in Dubai. Overall, it is an ok place to stay, however it is pricy for what you get and the employees are only superficially friendly and (with few exceptions) not helpful at all.

Great rooms, very clean, big spaces
Great rooms, very clean, big spaces and nicely designed. Location is ok, near metro stations which is good, not much things near the hotel, but everything in Dubai request taxi or rented car, so it´s ok, the Marina is just ´5 taxi drive and taxis are quite cheap. Would go back.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione
L'hotel è situato in una posizione ancora in fase di costruzione e quindi non c'è molto nei paraggi. Tuttavia i taxi costano pochissimo e si raggiunge qualsiasi punto della città. In pochi minuti si arriva ai maggiori centri commerciali, ristoranti e spiaggia. L'hotel è molto pulito ed il personale davvero cordiale e disponibile. Le stanze non sono molto ampie ma sono molto confortevoli e dotate di ogni comfort. Il bagno è davvero grande, pulitissimo e dotato di vasca e doccia separate. Da consigliare!

Hotèl très accueillant, très propre, très bien situé à Dubai, 1km de la mer , de la marina de dubai et d'un grand centre commercial, supermarket au pied de l'hotel,superbe piscine et jaccuzzi, petite salle de sport mais agréable, déjeuner un peu cher 20€!! Je recommande fortement cet hotel, il est vraiment bien situé et très agréable.

Très bon séjour
Excellent séjours à l’hôtel Bonnington. idéalement situé à 2 kilomètres de la Marina de Dubaï. Très propre et personnel très sympa.

Bel hotel
Accueil parfait, délivrance de la chambre (appartement en fait!) en matinée, excellent petit déjeuner. A noter une piscine semi découverte au 11eme étage agréable surtout le matin (soleil). Bar bien animé et restaurant de qualité mais peu fréquenté (trop de possibilités à dubai...) Métro ultra moderne à proximité pratique pour aller dans la vieille ville sinon taxi peu cher (<5/6euros) pour les plages et autres galeries marchandes.
