Wonderful ambience, great attitude
Wonderful ambience, great attitude of staff, excellent resort activities, will certainly visit again. Though expensive, the service was so good that I never got the feeling of being ripped off.

Had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The water park is a fabulous way to spend an afternoon and stay cool inspite of temperatures in the mid 40's. Booking deal was for 'first five floors' but we had a beautiful room on the 11th floor. We had a late flight back to Australia so after checkout on the final afternoon of our stay we made use of the hotel's hospitality' lounge with free tea and coffee, showers and change rooms and full use of Aquaventure park, pool etc. Great concept.

The best hotel in the world?!
My Husband booked a surprise trip for us to stay at Atlantis for my birthday, wow what a surprise! I can't over exaggerate enough how fantastic this hotel is, everything about it screams luxury, over-indulgence, opulence. Our trip coincided with our wedding anniversary, and we were truly looked after. When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded to a regal suite, out of this world! We travel a lot and I can honestly say it's the best hotel we have stayed in. The water park is also amazing, the leap of faith is a must do! We can't wait to go back with our young children, I'm sure they too will love it. The choice of restaurants is very good, from burger bars on the beach, to celebrity restaurants like Nobu and Lacotelli. The Ossiano restaurant overlooks the ambassador lagoon which is mesmerizing. Of course all this luxury comes at a price, so as long as you are prepared for that, it's a must if going to Dubai. The view over the palm is awe inspiring, you can see the cars on the road through the middle of the palm, then they disappear as the road goes under the sea! I even got given a birthday card and chocolate cake. We will definitely be going back, the sooner the better! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, couples, young people, families with young children and families with teens.

Top notch service. Staff where very friendly & couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely go back there. We got a great deal with[...]. The most relaxing holiday I have ever been on. The dining out in the Hotel was a bit dear but we expected that & didn't mind paying because the service was brilliant & the food was lovely. We only went outside the Hotle twice to the Mall & the food was obviously a hell of a lot cheaper but it was more relaxing staying in the Hotel & eating there.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
Atlantis had everything you could ask for in a resort, great rooms, great staff and facilities, amazing restuarants, the best water park, all round the perfect getaway. The only thing I would say would be, if breakfast was included in the price that would have made it a perfect getaway, nonetheless I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Most definately the best hotel/ resort that I have stayed at till date, highly recommended, a BIG thumbs up!!!

fantastisk luxus ferie
Alt var tip top perfect, gode afslapnings muligheder ved stranden og pool. God service og utrolig rene forhold. Alt lige rundt om hjørnet ellers meget kort afstand til byen og altid en taxa klar foran indgangen. Det eneste minus var blot at der ikke var free wifi på hotelværelse det skulle man betale for. I 2013 burde det nok være en ting som forventes af alle gæster på et 5 stjernet hotel.

Familienhotel mit grossem Angebot
Um dem Rummel in diesem sehr grossen Hotel aus dem Weg zu gehen haben wir den Imperial Club gebucht. Noch in keinem bisherigen Hotel, in dem wir den Club gebucht hatten, war ein so grosser Anteil an Kleinkindern und damit entsprechend viel Lärm während dem Aufenthalt im Club-Restaurant. Der Imperial Club würde ich als Kinderclub bezeichnen und Ruhe suchenden nicht empfehlen.

Experience unique
Idéal pour 5-6 jours de vacances, car l'hôtel est tellement grand qu'il en devient parfois stressant par le monde qui y transite. Expérience avec les dauphins...incontournable! Personnel TOUJOURS souriants. Seul point négatif, la plupart des restaurants de l'hôtel n'ont pas de terrasse et ceux qui en ont ferment a 22h.....manger dans l'air climatisé alors qu'a l’extérieur la température est de 26 degrés...c'est vraiment dommage. Sinon rien a dire tout était Parfait!

Der Service der Komfort, das Essen, Es war eigentlich alles gut. Das Frühstück mit Fr. 40.00 war teuer, Wir finden es schade, dass man kein Ü mit Frühstück oder sogar Halbpension buchen kann.

Atlantis-no-go
eine Katastrophe
ein Albtraum! alles kostet extra, Kinderclub, Wassermelonen am Pool, Frühstück und zwar in einem Rahmen der alles sprengt! 1/4 Wassermelone kostet ca 15 CHF, Getränke eine Frechheit (Flasche Wasser 10 CHF) usw. Die grösste Frechheit aber ist, dass sogenannte Credit Reservations auf der Kreditkarte "belastet" werden, damit innerhalb des Hotels konsumiert werden kann, und selbst nach dem Check Out am Ende der Ferien werden diese nicht gelöscht. In unserem Fall wurde noch zusätzlich ein Betrag von can CHF 5'500.-- reserviert, der uns gar nicht betraf, so dass die Kreditlimite von CHF 10'000 überzogen und die Kreditkarte nicht mehr benützbar war. Dies obwohl die Hotelrechnung bezahlt war! Hätte ich weitere Ferien in einem anderen Land getätigt, wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen! Erklärung des Hotels nach 72 Stunden: Wir haben unsere Bank angefragt, die Reservationen zu löschen.....nach 96 Stunden ist noch nix passiert! Eine verdammte Schweinerei und eine nie dagewesene Arroganz und Ignoranz! Meidet diesen Massentempel!!!!
