Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa

Stayed for four nights and have no complaints at all. Staff friendly, room always kept clean, food in the various restaurants attached to the hotel perfect. A major plus is its situation being in the old city so close to the creek, souks with a Metro station approx. 10 mins. walk for the trips to the malls etc. in the 'new' Dubai.

Very conveniently situated for the Old Town. Very attentive service (almost too attentive for us Brits). Clean and well furnished with good facilities. I would have liked to been able to book (and pay for) an early check-in in advance rather than the 'turn up and see' approach currently in practice. It meant we had to wait two hrs for a room after a 14hr flight.

I enjoyed my stay at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel very much. The resturants were excellent and the staff were always friendly and very helpful. Nice place for a family or just a short getaway - the hotel has a very nice set up for tours or any activities that you should care to do locally. Great location with an exceptiona amount of things to do ina and around the hotel. Very safe neiborhood for walking around. I will return again in the future and as well have shared this information with many of my co-workers who wish to stay in a nice place in Dubai.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a six-week trip, including some eight different hotels in Spain and Hamburg, and we would have been deliriously happy if they had all been like the Arabian Courtyard. As Dubai is a "spread-out"city it is hard to say that a hotel is central, but the Arabian is as close as it gets. Sitting in an area where there is shopping for just about anything until all hours of the night, right next to the museum, and right at one of the stops on the open-top bus route, you could not find it easier or cheaper to get around than from this hotel. Service and staff were great, and their Asian restaurant (one of three different themed choices) had dream food. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even to the point where they ran out and held a bus for us as I went back to my room to get my wallet. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Third visit to the hotel and disappointed to find that the internet facilities were no longer free. Also there was now a charge if you wanted pancakes or waffles for breakfast, which the kidz had looked forward to. Other than that, the hotel and its staff are accommodating and friendly and would recommend it to everyone.

A really nice hotel, close to the old souk area and across the road from the Dubai Museum. Clean, nicely appointed and spacious rooms and excellent hotel facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff (somewhat of a rarity in Dubai) who could not help us enough. We would definitely stay at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel again and recommend it.

I love this hotel, very true to it's heritage. Can't fault it & trust me I don't a trick. Buffet breakfast, fantastic, we have stayed both in the normal suites & executive floor, which includes a happy hour & finger foods. Convenient to everything, great shopping, textile market, the creek, tailors, the metro. I could go on. On our 2nd visit, we were greeted like family by the door man. He recognized us. Look forward to our next visit.

From the moment we booked in until the moment we booked out, we were treated like Royalty. There are many newer hotels in Dubai, but the maintenance on this facility has been 1st class and the inclusions appear to have been kept up to date. The young lady in charge of the tours desk could not have been more helpful. Within easy walking distance of Dubai Creek and the main commercial centre. We will not hesitate in returning there.

As always a warm welcome and excellent service. This is my third stay with Arabian Courtyard - great location, great service, well priced. A favourite when staying in Dubai.

only minor complaint was wi-fi coverage was poor, other than that great hotel, great staff.
