Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa

Excellent location for the old area of Dubai, steeped in history with the Dubai museum and Fort just opposite. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff who were all extremely polite and helpful. Hotel facilities are good with a selection of dining options, relaxing health spa, gym and outdoor pool. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Dubai Creek where local souk markets can be found, abra water taxis for trips across the creek to Deira or along the creek to the creekside park, a vast green area with lots of exotic plants and birds, children's play areas and cable car. The hotel offers daily complimentary beach transfers and beach packs available from the hotel health spa. Also opposite the hotel there is a bus stop for the Dubai open top bus tours which cover the old area, the beach areas and the city including all the spectacular buildings and shopping malls.

Well received at the reception. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location very good. The rooms were cleaned everyday. They were well equipped with everything. Had everything you would expect at home.We thoroughly enjoyed ou stay. recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times now and I still love it, but the last time I stayed I was a bit upset to find no bathrobe or slippers in my room which was a bit annoying as I hadn't packed a bathrobe . The room was ok with exception of the view which was a very tall bush blocking out any kind of view at all. Anyway enough of the down side. The hotel staff were as always extremely helpful. The hotel is in an ideal situation to see the old side of Dubai, with easy access to the spice and gold souk via the abra. I love this hotel and have already booked for my 2012 visit to Dubai.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, as well as professional. I love the rooms, which are comfy and nicely furnished and spacious. The location, right across from Dubai Museum and the Bastakiya art district, and ready for a stroll along Dubai Creek, is ideal for visitors. You can take a short abra ride over to Deira, or walk to the Metro to see the rest of the city. Two tips: the pool is a bit small, so it's good to go early in the morning before anyone else comes. And get a Thai massage at Zaitoon!

The staff at this hotel were the best I've ever experienced. They were extremely accommodating when we had issues with our airline & had to stay another night. They went & got us our taxis!! They made the effort to learn our names & room numbers to ensure we felt valued. Nothing we asked was too much trouble.

Arrivato in camera ho trovato presente lo zaino di un'altra persona. Presenti due lunghi capelli nella vasca ed uno sul water. Servizi accessori nella media della zona. Personale cortese.

Ein gutes Hotel, doch war ich enttäuscht, dass für diesen Preis das Morgenessen nicht inbegriffen war und dass man nur eine begrenzte Anzahl Minuten im WLAN-Netz erhält. Ausserdem wollte man mir CHF 60.- abknöpfen für 3 Stunden früheres Einchecken.

観光で行ったのですが、雰囲気がアラブ調で大変気に入りました。 立地も中心街に近く、部屋の窓からブルジュ・ドバイが見えて大満足。 LANも問題無く、接続できました。 朝食もアジア風のもの、ヨーロッパ風のものがありおいしかったです。 チェックアウト後も、散歩した後にシャワーを無料で利用でき言うこと無しです。 ただ、湯を張った湯船が、3泊して1日清掃されていなかったことだけが残念です。 また当然ながら日本語が出来るスタッフはいないのですが、 カタコト英語で十分会話可能でした。また機会があれば利用し いと思います。
