Very disappointing customer service
Hotel itself was OK. Customer service is unfortunately a completely different story. Would not recommend the hotel at all as if something goes wrong, you can forget that anyone will sort it out for you. Me and my husband needed visa to go to Dubai, which you can get through the hotel. Tthe process is a complete nightmare and a joke; you have to be chasing people to do something about your application. They won’t let you to submit your documents earlier than 2-3 weeks prior to travel but then they take ONE WEEK to tell you your credit card has been declined! (When I spoke with the bank they said no one tried to take money from it at all, no rejected transaction and way more money on it than the deposit requested – which is approx £1,000 per person). The deposit should be returned within 4 days after you leave the country, but after chasing it by phone and numerous emails, I found out that they have not even requested from finance team to process the deposit (after 2 weeks after we have gone and emails confirming that the finance team is dealing with it, whereas they have not even sent out the request). When I complaint about this, I have received an absolutely inadequate email back from the GM, not addressing any of my issues at all, just stating that my credit card has been declined, so basically it’s all my fault! I am extremely disappointed as we didn’t pay small money to stay there and were planning to go back next year. Customer service is more like a 2* hotel than anything else. Do not recommend it.

it's good hotel and good place but they should make free internet ,it is so expansive also take littel from bech to be private beach
