Al Manzil Hotel

Excellent hotel located a short walk from the Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and the fountains. The location provides superb views of the tower, and the immediate area around the hotel is well maintained and growing as a residential location. the hotel itself is a good 4 star with pleasant clean and spacious rooms, although no bathroom with those facilities scattered around the room, very odd. The staff are excellent without exception, polite, pleasant and courteous. The rooms are immaculately maintained and cleaned, the restaurants and bar seem popular and high quality, and the pool/ gym well maintained. It's far enough from the crowds and noise whilst in close proximity. Excellent and great value.

The location and amenities in this hotel make it more suitable for adults (i.e. no suitable children's dining facilities, a pleasant, if contained and very warm pool area more suited to adults than children with restricted number of sunbeds) This adult biased approach, plus excellent location, make it the wonderful hotel that it is and, in my opinion as a single female traveller, one of the best hotels in Dubai

My son and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I had checked out a lot of hotels before I zeroed on this for comfort and value. The service offered by the staff was wonderful.The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff who were doing their job just as we returned back in the afternoon to our room,waited till till we left it to come back and clean.They made sure that they did not disturb us in anyway. Dubai Mall is walking distance from the hotel.You can get govt taxis right in front of the hotels to any place you want to go to.The concierge booked all the tours and restaurant reservations we went to.When a very difficult situation rose due to another restaurant's miscommunication, Shafi Dady of Al Manzil helped me solve it even though he did not have to. That was very important for me.Somebody to help us in a foreign land when we need help is such a relief. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially women travelling alone or with children.

Enjoyed my stay at Al Manzil for the second time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located across from Dubai Mall. Rooms are very comfortable.

A very nice new hotel which offers excellent staff, good service and top class facilities. However there is something missing. As it is a 'Business Hotel' there is little or no atmosphere and guests rarely smile or talk to each other. All restaurant facilities are popular but overcrowded, especially the Nesaussie bar. In fact it is not possible to have a quiet drink in the hotel as the Courtyard is also very busy in the evenings and hotel guests must make a reservation to ensure a place. The pool is small, however it was well staffed and clean. Room design is very poor with the bathroom in the room, no seperation. It is described as a contemporary design, however it is really a 'space saving' issue and needs changing. We are an open minded couple, but the lack of 'private space' was not acceptable in a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast service and choice is excellent, but our visit was marred by an eBookers rip-off scam whereby complimentary buffet breakfast was advertised and should have been included in the price we paid. However due to an unexplained 'technicality' upon arrival at the restaurant first morning we found the hotel claimed it was not. Contacting ebookers we were asked to bear the costs until they could investigate. The investigation came up with this: ''As per the OMH Extranet, there is one super saver promotion under which the customer would have been eligible for free breakfast. However, the promotion is not applicable to the room type selected by the user. The user selected DescriptionStandard - 1 twin bed or 1 double bed with Shower, Bathtub, Internet access, Free newspaper The promotion requires: Standard Room - 2 twin (single) beds or 1 double bed with Shower, Bathtub, Internet access'' There is no difference and we feel we were misled by ambiguous advertising and basically ripped off as breakfast in the hotel is very expensive at nearly $25 per person per day. Beware as this problem still exists on the website. The offer is made, but not upheld in the final itinerary. Apart from that, a nice hotel, handy for shopping etc, but then so is the rest of Dubai. There are much better hotels available and we will not return to this one.

Hôtel agréable parfaitement bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds du mall et de la tour Bur Kalifa. Les chambres sont agréables et bien tenues. Le personnel est aimable.Cet hotel dispose d'un parking souterrain gratuit. Le point critiquable concerne la piscine qui n'est pas facile d'accès et finalement relativement peu agréable.

目の前がドバイモールの駐車場で，ここを通っていけば３分でモール。この価格，この立地で，とてもお値打ちだと思います。ブルジュカリファの入場券売り場もモールの中なので，タワーに上るにもこのホテルはベストだと思います。 ラマダンの最中で，テイクアウトした昼食を食べるのも苦労しましたが，ホテルのレストランの一角を提供してくれて，無事昼食を取ることができました。ホスピタリティーも満足するものでした。このホテルはお勧めです。
