Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments

location was good, staff was cooperative but room was not up to the mark as per price. No complimentary airport shuttle was provided as was promised on the internet .

We stayed at Flora Creek for 3 nights on route back home after a vacation in India. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and Flora Creek staff did an excellent job to make him feel special. They had a cake waiting for us when we arrived. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Their room service was excellent. food arrived on time was was delicious. The room was spacious and clean with excellent views of the creek and the Dubal skyline with the Burj Khalifa. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as the Diera City Center Metro line and mall. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, convenient place with great customer service.

The rooms are more like apartments. Our room had 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and a laundry room. It was much more than I was expecting, given the price. The hotel is within walking distance to Deira City Centre, a relatively large mall for Dubai. The breakfast is not bad, but you have to pay extra. They did have free wi-fi as well. The hotel offers shuttle service from the airport, but I would recommend taking a taxi instead. The hotel is very close to the airport, so a taxi costs a third of what the shuttle costs.

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been more attentive, polite and willing to please. They went out of their way to make our stay very special, especially when they provided an anniversary cake on our 25th wedding anniversary whilst we were there. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for every nationality. Didn't try the restaurant in the evening so can't comment on that. Didn't use the pool or spa whilst we were there but spa prices looked reasonable. Pool looked to be quite small and was also indoors. Views over the creek and city skyline from our room on 9th floor were fantastic despite the construction site across the road,though how this will be affected in the future once the building is finished I don't know, depends how high they go.Rooms are spacious and very well equipped, comfortable beds,couldn't have asked for more in our studio with side balcony .Got upgraded to a suite on our anniversary, on 12th floor which was huge, although noisier than the 9th floor, due to balcony running the width of the apartment. The traffic noise didn't keep us awake but was definitely more noticeable on 12th floor. Location is good, very close walking to metro station and Deira City Centre Mall. It was too hot to really walk very far on our trip but in the winter I imagine it would be easier. A trip to the top of the Burj Khalifa is a must, very hazy when we went but still fantastic so would be out of this world on a clear day. The building itself is really something to see and the dancing fountains beside it in Dubai mall in the evening well worth watching. Like fireworks with water set to music. Brilliant! Dubai Aquarium also worth visiting, again in Dubai mall. Too many restaurants, fast food places etc to mention but food was reasonably priced and offered every variety of food you could think of from fast food burgers etc to fine dining . We never had a bad meal. So many different malls and all with different attractions to offer.Had a great time in Dubai but in my opinion the location of this hotel is great for a city break but not if you're looking for a beach holiday.I'd say you need a resort hotel with beach location for that.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The 2bhk apartment was perfect and comfortable for our family of four. Free wifi as one thing that the hotel lacked. Apart from that, a very good hotel for an affordable price.

Free transfer from the airport was a plus and the staff was great. Breakfast was included in our package and we used it every day. Easy access to the metro made getting around easy.

On a business trip and spared some time to do some shopping

Came for Business meetings and wanted to do a few shoppings before returning home. The staff of the hotel very helpful and the room quality is good with a view of the creek.
