In line with our plans to continue upgrading our facilities, La Piscine Restaurant and Bar, the main swimming pool and beach areas will be closed for complete renovation on the same date 1st June 2011 for an estimated time of 5 months.

Extremely disappointing!
Night-duty check in person was extremely discourteous & downright rude!Emphatically claimed WE DID NOT HAVE A BOOKING when we phoned from AD airport!Upon arrival at hotel insisted the hotel had not been paid by [...] & therefore he couldn't give us the room we thought we had paid for....Check took in excess of 1 hr 30 min...He failed to offer us an apology and did not explain the hotel amenitiesHe demanded a huge amount of cash to secure any costs we may incurHe had a porter scurry up to our room to lock the mini-bar to prevent us from actually bringing more revenue to the hotelAll in all a most embarrassing & humiliating experience!!

Excellent Experience
I was here for a short time but found the amenities to be excellent. Responsive service and a location close to the airport. As soon as they finish the roads it will be a a short drive to the airport too.
