- Located on the southern slope of the Crimean Mountains at the foot of Ai-Petri, Alupka is considered to be the main health resort of the southern coast of the Crimea. Would not recommend
For those tired of comfort
Some rooms don't have drapes. So from outside, people can see everything in your room - the weirdest thing I've ever observed! Mgmt gives you ~10% discount if you happen to get one of these. The restroom is like on a farm with smell, bad air outtake, and bad plumbing. The change of towels and bed sheets is irregular even when you ask them. Refrigerator is hard to adjust, it either freezes fruits to ice or does not cool at all. There is 100ft of swimming beach with sharp stones at the bottom. The access to the swimming beach is again to walk over a walkway with sharp stones. Residents are constantly complaining and in a bad mood.
