    needs lots of updates

this hotel needs lots of updates. It looks like it has never been update since it was bulit, The food was always cold and you could not get in the sit down restuarant. The rooms were not updated at all,the felt dirty, the only nice thing was the pool and pool chairs

    Tons of Activities

My boyfriend and I spent a long wknd at Club Med, we were never bored, there are tons of activities, both during the day and at night, the staff was great and extremely friendly. However, the rooms were not that nice and ours had little ants crawling all over it and the food every day was pretty terrible. If you don't mind those downfalls and are more looking for a good time I would reccomend....if you want a nice hotel and good food and a better selection of open bar I would suggest you go elsewhere. I would def return to Turks, but most likely not to Club Med.

    I would go back

The rooms are a step above from roughing it, but you are not meant to stay in your room when you have the best beach and good activities available.

    A tired, tired property

This Club Med saw its peak some time ago. From the amenities, to the rooms, to the restaurant this property is far behind today's standard for an all-inclusive resort. It's time Club Med puts this one on the renovation list. With that said, the location is awesome. Grace Bay is gorgeous! The water is extremely clear and calm. Best of all the beach is generally not crowded at all. You can still have incredible sunsets practically to yourself. The setting made the vacation!

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

We left the property for a day by renting a car. Getting out was great and the Conch Shack is a must-go on the island. Delicious and everything a "Conch Shack" should be.

Best vacation I've had in a long time

This was my first Club Med experience and I was very pleased. The hotel's location is great, friendly staff who was willing to assist in any which they could to make my stay comfortable. THUMBS UP!!!!! Providenciales is a very beautiful island, in all of my travels i have yet to see such beautiful white sand beach (i miss it soooo much). My only negative comment is that the powers that be at club med need to really renovate. It's such a nice hotel but needs renovating + in this technological era, WIFI should be free for crying out loud. Wih all that said, i would definietly revisit

if you're looking for much night life, you wouldn't find it here...i'm originally from the caribbean and was looking forward to the usual island entertainment at night but was very disappointed. The hotel does provide entertainment but not my cup of tea!!!!

    Needs Updating

We have traveled to this location (same Resort) many times. Each year we expect improvements in food, customer svc, excursions etc. but there are none. Why do we keep gong there? The Turks and Caicos are the most beautiful Islands in the world , as far as we are concerned. The one real problem we did have was a resort credit. [...] offered a resort credit with our travel deal but we were unable to get it until the very last day before check out. It Seems Club Med was unable to verify that we were actually entitled to this credit. Anyway, the matter was resolved but not without a lot of agrivation that was uncalled for.

    Not Bad

The Hotel is not bad at all, it reminds me of a Cruise Ship. The people that run the place live there, the food was average at best, the rooms have the feel of a Cruise ship room, small basic but it works, it is all about the beach
