Best Service Ever!
The ocean front suite we had was spectacular -- perfectly cleaned, beautiful furnishings, great location & view. The staff was excellent. They learned our names & room number on the first day and always addressed us by name (and we never had to remind the bartender what room we were in). Whenever we asked for information or reservations, they were right on it. I felt incredibly special at this beautiful, luxurious resort. Continental breakfast was brought to the room each morning. The only downside was the restaurant is not directly on the property (close walking distance), and we only had our breakfast from there so I can't rate the food.

Fantastic hotel
This was the best vacation we have had, and we have traveled to many exotic spots. The hotel was perfect. Great service, extremely luxurious and spacious rooms. Fantastic, helpful, pleasant staff.

i love beaches
Rest and Relaxation
The Regent Grand was a great place to get away and relax. If you are looking for a place away from the crowds and noise this is it. We got a pool side villa and there was never a struggle for pool side chairs. We felt as if we were the only people there at times. The 50 yard walk to the beach was great. Again, there were always plenty of beach chairs. The staff is great! David, Jojo, and Calvin were always there to help. The location is very convenient as the Regent Plaza was right outside the hotel. There were restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was very clean and we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic relaxing get a way
The hotel was beautiful. Reminded me of Italy! It was so clean and the staff couldn't be any nicer and helpful. The suite was like an apartment. It had everything you could ask for!!!

Great hotel
We went in the low season and loved the lack of other people. Hotel staff was excellent (mostly from Philippines). Island was low key and modern. Gorgeous beaches.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this resort. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The suite was impeccable with top quality amenities and a beautiful oceanfront view. It was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what I needed. I will definitely revisit this resort again.

The Regent Grand on Grace Bay is a perfect place for families. We were in a 2 bedroom (King and 2 twins) with an ocean view. The staff was very helpful, we especially loved the beachside drinks. One caveat, lots of little kids and no night life; but also no crazy spring breakers
