very good and comfortable stay

contemporary hotel. comfortable, design rooms. there are many good dining options near the hotel. the hotel is in the upscale area.

The hotel and its location is

The hotel and its location is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly but unfortunately, the room was cold and the housekeeping was not generous for the consumable products in the room like shampoo etc..They did not give the new ones for everyday if not asked.

inconsistent service

Complete lack of interest from reception when checking in and then sat in the Cafe for 30 minutes before I had to walk up and ask someone for a menu. There were only two other people there while 4 hotel staff chatted up some people at the bar. Also, no WiFi in the bedrooms. This is supposed to be a high end hotel and not having wifi available for this price is not excusable in 2011. I will not be returning given the good options available in Istanbul
