Superior style on Sea of Marmara
Less than ten minutes drive away from Ataturk Airport, the Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel sits in a highly convenient location on the Atakoy Marina on the shores of the Sea of Marmara, and in close range of Istanbul's many historic and cultural attractions. Perfect business stay

Staff were extremely helpful
Very nice hotel but location was too far away from the points of interest. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went far above what was necessary to help make the stay amazing. If staying here be prepared to spend between 20-35 TL each time you take a taxi. BEWARE of taxi's without hotel insignias on the doors as most of the taxis without anything on the door are illegal taxis and will charge you 2-4 times more than what is the rate and will often stop somewhere other than your hotel to drop you off and refuse to take you any further. (The hotels will help you fight the overcharge if they drop you off at the hotel so they make an excuse not to go there) Over all this was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again now that I know the ins and outs of Istanbul. Security is very tight at the hotel at all times but doesn't interfere with your freedom to explore the hotel grounds.
