Great Location - New Hotel
The hotel is quite new. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly, but they do not speak good english, which is typical of Turkey though. My only issue is that we had an A/C problem that lasted throughout our 5 nights stay at the hotel. My stay was in mid july and it was very hot. The A/C did not work. The technicians tried to fix it without luck. They offered to move us to another room, but the room they offered is smaller than ours and has two single beds, while we as a couple wanted a queen size bed. They couldn't offer us other rooms due to the 100% occupancy. We refused to leave our room. They sent us a fan instead. Hadn't it been for the A/C issue, I would have given the hotel a 4.5 stars rating.
