The restaurant has been designed as the reanimation of Ottoman quarter at the beginning of the 19-century. Some different examples of Ottoman houses surround your table. The collapsible glass door at the front side connects the restaurant to the street and provides the amenity of having your meal in the open air.
The Istanbul terrace restaurant that is open air run usually between June and September has panoramic view of Istanbul, topkapi palace and St. Sofa.

This hotel is ideally located for seeing all the sites of old Istanbul. An easy walk from everything. The room was very ... nice and clean. Staff helpful. No problems.

A Hidden Gem

This is a 3 star hotel with 6 star service. All the people at the hotel do everything they can to help and accommodate you. ... The hotel location is the biggest asset, you are within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Hotel features a lovely rooftop restaurant with reasonable prices. I would gladly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to all my friends.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, rooms tending towards the small size, but very clean and the shower was ... excellent. location was brilliant with a lot of the major sites within in walking distance and the hotel staff quite happy to advise.

Basic, clean, central & for a good price

Great hotel for those who don't care about fancy chandeliers and other useless appearances. It is basic, simple, and ... reasonably priced. Yet, it is clean and offers a great breakfast and very helpful staff. The only thing I would suggest is that they handle guests who are fasting for Ramadan and have to eat breakfast before 5 a.m. better. I was offered tea, bread & olives only. None of the fruits & veggies & eggs & yogurt & meats and desserts and cheeses that are offered in the regular breakfast. Seems odd not to be accommodated well in hotel located in a country where a lot of people are fasting for Ramadan. Otherwise, it is a great hotel. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Erboy is located perfectly to visit many of Istanbul's major historic sites. The hotel restaurants serve delicious food ... and the staff is very friendly but not over-bearing. I made many friends here and will return.

good, clean, good location, budget hotel

this was a very good budget hotel. we changed rooms from 310 to 509 during the trip because our air conditioning did not ... work but besides that it was an excellent trip. The staff speaks very good english and were very helpful with questions about the city. the rooms were a little small but i think that is the case alot in europe. the location was excellent as it was just a small walk away from Haga Sophia, Topakapia Palace, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. If I was to travel to Istanbul again I would definately consider Hotel Erboy again.
