Practical for the airport but no character
This is hotel without any character. It's clean and the staff is really nice. But it is also quite boring and depressing. The food in the restaurant is pretty bad. I stayed there to get to the airport quickly early in the morning. It was ok. for one night but if you are going to stay longer in Istanbul you can find much nicer hotels within this price range. If you want to have a taste of the United States in Istanbul, go for it. But otherwise I do not recommend it.

I Loved The Hotel
The hotel was impeccable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a wide variety of items to choose from for breakfast. I also enjoyed using the Gym, it had sufficent equipment in it that allowed me to actually have a workout.

If you are interested in going to the Grand Bazaar and surrounding museums, it's about 1/2 of an hour drive, more with traffic

brand new beautiful hotel near Istanbul
I stayed at the hotel only one night to catch a flight early in the morning. It had been opened only one month, so was in excellant condition, quiet, very nice room with comfortable king bed. I ate at the restuarant in the hotel. The turkish style pizza is fabulous.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
actually a long drive into town (about 50 lira each way), but all three are "Don't miss" while in Istanbul: the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia church, and the grand bazzar. The church and mosque are next to each other and bazzar a short drive away.
