déception
5 nuits du 25 au 30 avril. Hôtel bien situé, propre, salle de bains très correcte, petit déjeuner idem. MAIS nous avons été logés dans une chambre à l'entresol (fenêtre-vasistas donnant directement sur le trottoir), très petite (lit accessible d'un seul côté) et très sonore; Lit de 120 cm pour 2 personnes... Bref, la chambre ne correspondait en rien à la description faite au moment de la réservation. L'accueil nous a expliqué, sans nous convaincre, que la qualité de la chambre était liée à ce type de réservation vol+hôtel

- sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr kleinem Bett für 2 Personen, aber aushaltbar für einige Tage - gute Lage, in der Nähe Tram - Sauberkeit ist gut - freundliches Personal

Personnel adorable, hôtel pas terrible...
Quand nous sommes arrivés, tard le soir, nous avons été accueillis de la manière la plus adorable possible par le réceptionniste de nuit. Il nous a proposé un café, demandé si nous avions faim... En revanche, la chambre (classe economy) ... en sous-sol, lit étroit, odeur d'égoût, électricité aléatoire et douche qui inonde toute la salle de bains. Nous avons changé pour la classe au-dessus #20 € de supplément par nuit#. Là, chambre plus spacieuse mais toujours cette odeur d'égoûts, une fenêtre endomagée, des interrupteurs qui mènent à... on cherche encore quoi. Presque toutes les ampoules grillées... En conclusion, ce choix d'hôtel n'a pas gâché notre excellent week-end mais la prochaine fois que nous irons à Istanbul, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Zwischen Meer und Moschee
Die Lage ist ruhig und vorallem als Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sehr gut. Nach dem Hinaufmühen einer steilen Wendeltreppe wird man beim Frühstück durch einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt, aufs Meer, den Bosborus und die blaue Moschee belohnt. Dieser Ausblick lässt den Tag auf jedenfall gut beginnen. Preis-Leistung ist OK. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett !!! Kaffee könnte besser schmecken.

Problème
Un hotel propre, un personnel accueillant et gentil, une localisation idéale. Cependant, notre chambre était minuscule (moins de 10m²), située en sous-sol avec de petites fenètres au niveau du trottoir (style soupirail). Le lit était très étroit (1m10) pour deux et contre un mur avec, de l'autre côté, un passage de 40 cm entre le lit et le mur.
