The hotel is a special hotel and depend on ministry of culture and tourism. The Hotel is on antique atmosphere and calm, 24 hours reception and room service. Indoor and outdoor restaurant, rich breakfast buffet, food and services with friendly personal. Designed and furnished to create the most pleasant stay, this hotel offers comfortable, Ottoman-styled rooms.
Some services are with an extra charge.

Nice hotel. Bad Service

Several miscommunications with staff. Overcharged for laundry service, and clothes came back wet. Hotel management seemed to want to skimp on everything, e.g. - had not control over AC temperature, it was only turned on/off from front desk. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
