Large and beautiful rooms / staff and service below average
The hotel is probably one of the best you can find in the Tunis, Carthage and Marsa area. Rooms are large, spacious and bright. Bathrooms are modern, large, convenient and clean. We had a balcony facing the sea and one of the pool. The location is bit remote but quiet. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to the sea. Reception hall is welcoming, breakfast buffet is very good as well. Pool very enjoyable. One down-side: service. The staff at pool side are quickly overwhelmed and it will take you an eternity if you order a club sandwich (or even order a beer). That said, the hotel is good value for money and meet (Central) Europe standards in terms of quality of the premises.
