Romantic Get Away we needed
This hotel was just wonderful, it was like I went to heaven for a few days. The staff tried there best to help when they were available. The ability to use their sister hotel facilities at Bacolet hotel made the stay just amazing. The only negative thing I could say is on our last night there, a family moved in next door to us and the kids ran around shaking the floor and trampling for over an hour, there really isn't romance it you keep feeling like construction is going on next door. Maybe the hotel could try to book families next to each other instead, and vice versa for couples.

pool and verandah fabulous shame about engines
the verandah was splendid! Lovely lovely infinity pool .. the sound of the water and the 3 glorious palms gave the skyline from the pool such grace. bad things .. air con units or what i dont know but amidst this tranquillity the engine noises were jarring and spoilt the r&r. real shame

Loved It!!!
Loved this hotel, the staff was awesome the room was clean and the view was amazing. I must say that if you have an issue climbing stairs then this is def not the place for you. The hotel is situated on a hill and everytime you go anywhere on the hotel grounds or across the street to their sister location you will have to climb several stairs. Our calves were burning by the third day of our trip but the hotel was able to arrange a massage for us which was right on time. The beach bar was great and the food was pretty good. I would def reccommend this place to anyone.

Being from the US i am not accustomed to driving on the opposite side of the road or the street so my friend and I had to take cabs everywhere we went. The cabs are ridiculous out there, expensive!! and even though we were only 7 miles from where all the action happened you would have thought we stayed in another country. **Tip--if you have the hotel call a cab for you the cab drivers charge more vs if you catch a cab from the side of the road. Also after certain hours the rate of the fair goes up for cabs with an H on the license plate (these are the legit licensed cabs) so try an catch a cab with a PB in the license plate. There are like two busses on the hole island and I think they stop running at like 3 so you will have no choice but to cab it. However if you do know how to drive on the opposite side of the road Rent A Car!!!!

Only wish I could have stayed longer. Great beach access to nice tranquil waves and soft black sand. Food at Cafe Havanna was great, love the pumpkin soup.

This location is a bit far out but would be ideal if you rented a car and they do have car rentals on site.

Lovely, but beware...
A wonderful welcome with flowers laid out on the bed. A lovely hotel with charming dining facilities, and a private veranda for each room with patio furniture. Has a telephone, television, a safe box, and wall AC unit which not all hotels in TT do. Staff was helpful in planning tour of teh island and a wonderful cab driver was always at hand. Small lizards do surry in and out of the room at will, and our things were gone through and items stolen. So enjoy yourself but keep all things near and dear to you under lock and key.
