Very handy to airport
This hotel is located within a development zone that is not completed making it a sole building. Despite this they provide great shuttle service to airport, restaurants and mall to overcome the handicap that you can't walk to them. Staff was friendly and very responsive to requests for shuttle timing. If you are looking for a good value that is very close to the airport, I would recommend this.

good location, close to airport
Check in and check out timings were different from US. They willl charge you for early check in. Make sure exact check in timings. Not very helpfull. Has to push them to get some help. Not very good break fast. I like the transportation that they provided to air port and to mall and to resteraunts. Over all not bad if you are staying short period. Rates are expensive for that kind of standard.

Great stop over
I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. It would of been nice to know that they had airport transportation. It would of save $20. for a 5 min ride. Room was clean.

There is a shopping mall a short distant from the hotel which has placed to dine and shop. The hotel will shuttle you to the mall and pick you up if given a certain time frame. It made it easy for the short stay we were there.

good airport hotel
Excellent for a short stayover close to the airport. Complementary shuttle pickup and drop-off, business center with fast working PC's, nice outdoor swimming pool and very good breakfast, served from 6-10, make waiting to check in for the next flight rather pleasant. A drawback are 1000's of little bugs crawling everywhere; but what else to expect in the middle of a swampy area.

Overall OK
I was there for business, and the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, the office, and a local mall. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty good, but they had NO other food/beverages available: the vending machines were broken all week, and there's no refrigerator in the rooms so stocking up at the local grocery store is limited. Fantastic Wi-Fi and a nice pool, and the shuttle to/from local resturaunts was a nice touch.

Short drive from hotel
There are NO close beaches/tourist attractions to this hotel, so visiting the beach or even Port of Spain after meetings in the evening is difficult. The only attractions are a golf course and the Trincity Mall. The staff was friendly enough if they weren't busy conversing with each other, and not terribly helpful with recommendations for local things to do/see.

Very nice hotel in Trinidad
Our stay was short; we arrived after midnight and had to catch a flight to Tobago the next morning. But the staff was welcoming and helpful. They even agreed to meet us at the airport to pick us up,a practice they usually don't do after midnight. We greatly appreciated it! Our rooms (we booked two) were quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We also felt very safe -- an important feeling for our first night out of the USA.
