Perfect!
Had a perfect stay from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The lobby is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located next to a movie theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars. The pool was clean and the gym had upgraded equipment. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi.

Great Hotel, but changed
Staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel is right next to a mall with shopping, fast food, restaurants, and movies. Back side of hotel is quieter and faces the water for a better view. Front side faces very busy street and the stadium which can be noisy even to earlly morning hours if there are concerts.This hotel used to have a breakfast buffet and, sadly, it's gone. I am not certain that I like the "upscale/yuppy" breakfast "experience." The old cosy restaurant area was soothing and nice. They had the best breakfast buffet with the BEST banana bread.[...]

A great Carnival Experience
I had an enjoyable Carnival stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and actually took the time to learn the names of the guests.That was impressive. The room was very clean and what was the deal breaker for me was: the bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good experience
NO complaints. Finding the entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, it can be easily missed. The location is good/bad depending upon the reason for your visit to the country. The stay was most pleasant. The staff very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfy.

shopping and dining readily available. The hotel is located a very, very short distance to a large entertainment complex.

Trinidad Marriott
The hotel was in a tourist area but we felt restricted in the area since you could only walk within the Marriott and shopping mall area and the rest of the time you needed to go by taxi. It was very Americanized by the mall.

Subway, Burger King and Ruby Tuesday was there. Many of the other restaurants were expensive with the VAT, taxes and tips required. Be prepared to spend nearly $65-80 for two for a simple dinner there. If you don't mind this it was very relaxing but we felt trapped in the area.

very welcoming friendly
it was very comfortable, rooms were large and very roomy. bathroom was clean and pleasant. adequate space for clothing, ironing, everything was veery close, movies, mall, resturants, clubs very convinent
