The overall presentation of the resort is nice, with some problems with the maintenance of the installations, such as the ponds and plumbing. The Kenny G music that continuously plays at night all over the resort is quite annoying. What really
displeased me was the overpriced water (30 Bahts, compared to the free water offered in all the other 3 places I stayed in Thailand during this trip) and some less than forthcoming information about the day trips and their prices.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Make sure you ask for the ride that comes from the Sukhothai Airport, which is much more affordable that the alternatives offered by (some) front desk staff. Be warned that the resort is FAR from everything and you will depend on transportation provided by them to get anywhere.
