Great hotel
Excellent hotel. Despite not being close to Kata, Kalong and Patong beaches, which are in busy, touristy towns, we were glad to stay at The Westin, away from all the noise and bustle. During the day we enjoyed the resort and went to Phi Phi in a speedboat. During the evenings had very good meals in Phuket town. Meals at the hotel were tops--amazing breakfast buffet, very good Italian restaurant. Ample, light filled rooms (plenty of space for a rollaway bed) with balconies. Big bathrooms.

Fabulous family vacation
We arrived extremely late at night, but the staff were ready and prompt in signing us in and bringing us complimentary wet cloths and drinks while we registered. We had one of the rooms with a small pool off the balcony and it was worth the extra money. My 5 yr old loved it, as it is only 2 to 3 feet high. The room was spectacular as was the entire hotel with pools, restaurants, and entertainment to choose from. The workout facilities and kid zone were perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer and recommend this resort without question. The language barrier had it's challenges a couple times, but how much can one ask of others when you're in a different country?

The hotel staff are frendly, but with no much helpfull whenasked for referrals such restaurants and things to do outside the facilities. The restaurants are expensive and marginal to say the least.Besides the view the hotel do not offer u anything else. I would not stay there again

we had such a wonderful time at
we had such a wonderful time at the westin siray bay. the service is way above and beyond any other hotel we stayed in while in thailand. the rooms are beautiful, the food is wonderful... we were so impressed. the staff treated us like residents rather than guests which made us feel so welcome. we will definitely be staying at the westin again.

Wow! Amazing place!
Hotel was immaculate; looked brand-new and great keep up. Great workout facility with free weights, treadmill, elliptical, bike, bananas, water, and Do-Do a cute little workout guy.. Pools were amazing, check-in was fast with great arrival drinks, and staff was world-class. Beach was nice, not one of the best, but made for an amazing tranquil walk. I highly, highly recommend this hotel for an amazing value with incredible, modern accomodations! Stay here!!
