Not a 4 stars as claimed

The room size and the view were great. No complaint. The claim for being a 4 star is false. Sink in the bath room had mold and counter seemed uncleaned. Ants were on the kitchen counter all over coffee pot. Advised room maid to clean but she made a lousy excuse and did not cleaned. Battery needed to be changed for fire detector, the Engineer came who fixed it but I had to tell him what's wrong with it. No water was coming from the shower head so I had to use handheld shower head. Who assigns 4 star for this hotel, that's a mistery. It is 2 stars at best, only for the size and view of the beach. I will never stay there no matter how reasonably priced this hotel maybe. There is no substitute for cleanliness for a seasoned traveler like me.
