We were a group of seven ladies
We were a group of seven ladies who all had differing expectations. We were all happy with our room location and service from the staff was wonderful. There were times when it was difficult to relay what we were trying to say but they were polite and patient at all times. The rooms had a musty smell due to the high humidity but were clean. Facilities were good. We would be happy to stay there again.

The resort was absolutely beautiful
The resort was absolutely beautiful - the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Location was great too - away from the hustle and bustle of Patong but close enough for dinner & day trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast food was fantastic and other resturant food was of good quality. The pools were great, and grounds well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only comment is that for such a great place the physical appearance and room are somewhat tired looked and need refurbishing. But nevertheless still a great stay.

The grounds are lovely. The pools are fantastic. The service is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. There were little touches such as fresh flowers and a fruit plate. Breakfast is delicious. The free shuttle to Patong was handy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall an excellent hotel venue
Overall an excellent hotel venue with superb pool facilities set within landscaped and beautiful gardens and with an excellent location across Karon Beach near affordable restaurants and bars. I stayed at this hotel during low season and received fantastic special rates which was certainly value for money, exceeding my expectations.
