we stayed here last year and a number of other places and came back here. great location, some complain about the hill but the area is worth it and its ok really not a problem.

PROS:-location was good, easy walk to the beach & shopping & restaurants & a great massage place (the one on the right hand side on your way up the hill - ask for [...]!)-breakfast was good-pool access room-tour agent was very helpfulCONS:-bugs in the bathroom almost daily (worms, spiders, cockroaches)-staff were not overly helpful

Massage place on your way up the hill! 250 baht for a great one hour massage! Very clean.

Fitness room not available. Drivers of the Hotel shutle golf cars waits long time for tip every day. Breakfast average. Pool access rooms ery nice. Have a lot of ants in the rooms.

Deconseillé aux gens qui n'aiment

Deconseillé aux gens qui n'aiment pas marcher, la montée vers les chambres est rude. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses, on a testé deux differentes (suite a une clim tombée en panne), et voila ce qu'on en a pensé grand jaccuzi : Bien, spacieuse, propre, lit non kingsize pour celle qu'on a eu, pas de baignoire (jaccuzi sur le balcon) grand pool acces : Plus grande, sdb plus grande avec baignoire, lit plus grand, et la baie vitrée est de meilleure qualité. Nous avions un ordi mac dispo dans celle la, et pas dans l'autre. Sauf si vous tenez absolument au jaccuzi, nous vous conseillons la pool acces.

Good hotel for it's price. We

Good hotel for it's price. We had a pool-acces room, it was good, but there only few rooms with acces to a bug pools. Most of them with acces to a small pool for 2 rooms and it looks like a bath. The main disadvantage of the hotel - there is no lifts tp high floors. When it's rainy buggy cannor go up, and we had to go by foot, to the hoghest point of the hotel. The prices in minibar are quite good! The same as in shop and it's very convinient. Anyway, hotel is not bad, near the restaurants and not far from the beach. But for people who used for the 5 star service and convinience in the hotel is better to think.

櫃檯人員服務周到很有禮貌,但其他人員態度極不友善令人不敢恭維,room service做的很不確實,一點都沒有四星級酒店的品質,環境還算不錯有個人的私密空間,但我再也不會選這一間入住

ホテルは高級感があり、部屋、環境もとてもいいと思います。難点は山の斜面に沿案って建物がありカートを利用しないととても不便です。レストランは朝食のみのようで、ルームサービスはありますが、メニューが少なく正直おいしくないです。ローシーズンの価格はお値打ちです。
