Balcony seats and front-row views of daily rhythms of Patong Beach
This 141-room hotel sits across from Patong Beach with a two-lane beach road in between. Guests can watch the daily rhythms of beach life and the sun setting over the Andaman Sea from their rooms' balconies. This quieter stretch at the far southern end of Patong Breach provides a tranquil retreat when guests return from Bangla Road and the bars and shops, 15 to 20 minutes away by foot. Relaxing beachfront hotel
For the money it is hard to beat the facilities, beachfront location, breakfast choice, great swimming pool. Being the last hotel at the bottom of Patong beach is both a plus (quiet and realxing) but also a negative (1 mile walk to Jungceylon and Bangla Road). The check in process was not ideal as the previous occupants extended their stay, however we were eventually upgraded to a better room for free so I can't complain!

Long walk from hotel
Eat in the Juncelyon shopping centre. Choice is price, price is cheap and the Thai food is just as good as more expensive restaurants

My Stay at Seaview Patong
We stayed at the seaview patong hotel for 2 weeks in Oct 2010 and i must say the staff were very firendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the rooms very nice, clean and spacious except if you are the 4 floor, my wife being disababled and has walking difficulties would not advise disabaled people to stay at this hotel as it was not very wheelchair friendly and two many steps getting around hotel, and only one lift at the reception/dining end of hotel.

Long walk from hotel
The hotel is at the far end of Patong beach about a mile from the nitelife of the bangla road, the shops and bars are about 500 metres from the hotel and beach is across the road,tuk tuks are available outside hotel.

i can only say good things about this hotel the staff are always at all times friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble i am on a walking stick and without asking one of the lads in breakfast every morning hellped me with my food i highley reccomend this hotel which is more than i can say for virgin blue they are a disgrce and would not reccomend them at all

Staff were extremely friendly
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfasts and a really good value buffet dinner. Had a very enjoyable stay.

The provision of an afternoon
The provision of an afternoon snack (free of charge) around the pool was greatly apprciated. Also provided poolside sun lounge towel cushion cover free of charge; another nice touch .
