Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa

The resort is located on a quiet beach, not too many people. The ocean was reported to be difficult to swim in on this beach but a least this time of year it was perfect. It probably wouldn't be the place to go for a lot of action, but then, that's not what we wanted. The staff were outstanding, helpful, polite and timely. Food was varied and excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked last minute and managed to book a villa with a pool, definitely worth the little extra. Hotel transport to pick and drop to airport was brilliant, truly 5*. and worth the extra service. Room was always kept clean, staff were so attentive and always available. Rooms itself were fantastic, 2nd honeymoon type villas but even standard rooms were lovely. Food choice is limited, however the breakfast offers a good variety and once you eat there, you won't be hungry for most of the day! cocktails by the pool and snacks are great. Spa is expensive but lovely to try atleast once, however a cheaper option would be to visit the massage hut just over the grounds of the hotel where massages are relatively cheap, and we have never had a better massage! Definitely a place we will be going back again.

Es ist ein boutique Hotel zum ausruhen, relaxen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Wenn es einmal lauter oder belebter sein soll, bietet das Hotel Shuttle Service nach Patong, Phuket Town etc. an. Das Hotel bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: (fast) einsame Hotelbeach, schoene Poolanlage, gutes Dinnerrestaurant, eine schoene und preiswerte Poolbar für den Sacnk zwischendurch. Mit dem Tuk-Tuk (gratis) oder dem Taxi (100 Baht) kann man zum nahe gelegenen Turtle Village fahren (Supermarkt, Pub, Kaffeeshop, Souvenirshop). Oder man leiht sich einfach ein Hoteleigenes Fahrrad und begibt sich selber dahin;-). Auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zur Stelle!
