Family-friendly resort in Patong with unique celestial theme
The Accor chain opened this family-friendly resort in Phuket with a unique celestial theme in September 2007. Family rooms include separate bunk bed area, and fun amenities for kids include a children's pool and the Pluto Kids Club. The rooftop Moon Bar by the adults-only plunge pool offers lovely sunset views and a telescope for stargazing. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the southern end of Patong Beach and 15 minutes from Jungceylon mall.

really good hotel, very clean
really good hotel, very clean and nice staff (although they didnt have the best english skills, not that it really matters). in a great spot in patong, just outside all the hustle and bustle but still very close (we walked everywhere). would stay again, except we left early to head to kata beach for some relaxation as patong was too hectic after 4 nights!

Good hotel
This was a good Hotel with good size rooms but was a bit away from the activities The Internet is too expensive but the restaurants around the hotel all had Free WiFi so it was not a problem .

There is an Area next to the hotel that seem to caters to Aussies...Go there much safer and not as crowed and fun environment....All the bars have an "Aussie" related name...

Clean and Good location in Patong beach
The hotel design is a modern style and very clean. All of the hotel staffs were very nice and kind. The hotel location is just one block away from beach, which is very convinient.

Very good location providing proximity
Very good location providing proximity to market as well as the requisite /desired distance. Good pool and other facilities. Service was good however, english language is not a forte of the hotel staff including the front desk staff.

Stayed here in April and came
Stayed here in April and came back for 3 nights in December. Great hotel although if you don't buy the breakfast package, breakfast is rather expensive. Little place next door called Oasis has good deals for breakfast and also has FREE internet for customers to use.

Nice Hotel, just a short walk
Nice Hotel, just a short walk to everything in Patong. Has a swim up Bar with good Cocktails. Just take care when walking street the Massage girls do not leave you alone. I walked on Road every time to get pass them.

Excellent the first time we stayed
Excellent the first time we stayed and of the same high standard the following year. Really helpful staff, centrally located with easy access to cafes, shops, transport and all facilities. The staff are always very willing to help.

i been staying there for 3 days
i been staying there for 3 days 2 nights for 2 rooms.we need to wait for about 1 hour for the housekeeping to prepare another room.and on the next day, i have to wait for about 2 hours for the housekeeping to clean up my room,even though I've put the room service since early in the morning.others is perfect expect for the housekeeping department where i think need a little more efforts

What i like the most is the service
What i like the most is the service provided by the hotel staffs. They are very friendly and helpful. The pricing is considered cheap for the stay. I would like to come back here on my next visit.
