We went there primarily because
We went there primarily because of the Kids Club program that was supposed to be excellent. However, we were sorely disappointed. There was pretty much no activity that suited an 8 year old active boy. The program was made for younger children. All he could do was to play games on XBOX devices and play in the pool with other kids if there happen to be any of his age. The lady at the Kids Club admitted that they were not able to really take care about the kids and were a bit overwhelmed. So if you're used to the level of activities offered to kids at Club Med, stay with Club Med. Another huge disappointment was the pool, which was very small and hopelessly overcrowded. Swimming was impossible. The best thing was the location as it was pretty much in the middle of Patong for shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was simply fantastic.
This hotel was simply fantastic. The service was 5 star. The beds were changed every day and turn down at night. The hotel is in a busy but fun part of Patong Beach. The hotel is extremely quiet though. Buffet breakfast was included in my room and is definitely worth it!! Kids eat free. I

Great hotel. Did have some issues
Great hotel. Did have some issues with the room that was booked not being available when we checked in, but the hotel did it's best to make up for this and tend to our every need. Overall it was a great stay, much enjoyed and would love to go back again.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
I was very impressed with this hotel. I was visiting Phuket on vacation and the location adn ammenities where first rate. It had everything I needed and more.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
For those looking to be in the middle of teh action, the hotel was situated in a prime location. Shopping was only a block away and a cross the street. The beach was a crosswalk away. There were plenty of bars and restaurants all near by.
