We experienced a few problems
We experienced a few problems in room 2115. Hot water in room kept cutting out, toliet had bad smell and had to be unblocked. Pillows were too hard. Balcony door broken and rusty latch. Staff were very friendly and helpfyul. We enjoyed the cooking class very much.

This is really one of the best
This is really one of the best hotels in the area. Great pools (3!!), excellent service, nice and clean rooms! Its not at the beach, but... its only a 3 minut walk! Would recommend to everybody!

Hotel Bed Jumper
Nicest bellhops around.
Had an amazing time here! From start to finish the staff and amenities were great. Checked in around 11:00pm and the staff brought us over to a sofa and gave us each an ice cold glass of refreshing juice to sip as we filled in our check-in papers. The bellhops learned our names that first night and continued to greet us by name whenever they saw us around the premise. The pools are beautiful and the rooms have a very tropical feel. Wonderful spa as well. Great location for shopping as well as the beach, both are just a short walk away. Delicious food is close by as well. And the prices are great! The staff can help with anything you need, whether its arranging for a taxi to the airport or an excursion to another part of Thailand.

Short drive from hotel
Definitely go and visit Phi Phi Island. Its about a 45 min drive followed by about an hour or 45 min boat ride, but its worth it!

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, Karonin palvelut ja ranta lähellä. Huoneen siisteydessä toivomisen varaa erityisesti lattian osalta; ne harjattiin varpuluudan tapaisella kapistuksella eikä ihan puhdasta jälkeä syntynyt. Altaat hyvät, samoin aamupala. Hintataso melko korkea, jota tosin sai kompensoitua Baht Bonanza -systeemillä, jossa tietyn summan talletettuasi hotelli antoi rahaa käytettäväksi hotellin palveluihin. Henkilökunta ystävällista.
