The Wandering Cloud
Noisy, Staff Rude.not great at all
i had eaten here a few times when Keith Floyd had a restaurant here so i thought i would give it a try. It was expensive so i was expecting something good. The hotel was noisy 24 hours a day, my room was next to the breakfast area so I was woken very early every day. I was on a work stopover and had booked a double room. They suggested I was looking for ladies by telling me i had to pay the hotel about £40 UK if I brought anyone back even though I had paid for double anyway. I found this extremely offensive. The aircon was rubbish too, I would not recommend this place, even to homeless people

Had a wonderful 3 days here, staff were outstanding, rooms were luxurious and for what we paid the value was amazing. about a 10 minute walk to bangla road and 3 minutes to the beach. i highly recommend this place.

The location was fantastic! lots
The location was fantastic! lots of restaurant and near the beach! It's just 3 mins walk to the beach! The premier grand room is very big, the 42 inch TV was fantastic too. The hotel provide towel specially for swimming, the quality of it was very good. Another bonus is there were 2 sink in the toilet, cooL! This is an old hotel, but it has got everything. The breakfast was average.

I have a good stay in Burasari. I arrived in midnight, arranged in a room but very close to the next building it is a very dirty wall. In the next morning they arrange me in the other room. It face the street it is so good. Breakfast is so wonderful. Staff must be more smile. Still recommend.

Worth beyond what i paid for the
Worth beyond what i paid for the rate! a nice boutique hotel that makes you feel welcome the moment you step in the lobby. The fact that they have a good restaurant and a wonderful spa in the same location is an added value. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay at Patong.

Good hotel at a good price
The atmosphere of the hotel was great. The hours for the hotels amenities (pool, pool bar, on-site restaurant) left you wishing there was something local open in the later evening (after 8pm). The proximity to Patong Beach was fantastic. Close enough to walk to any area of the beach, but just far enough to be out of the main walking path.

Expect to haggle with the local vendors (non food), as they are expecting you to do it. Often times the intial price for an item is 2-3 times what they will actually sell it for. Persistance pays dividends.

Great location and ambiance
Well located. Great pool. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice but not amazing. Staff doesn't have the typical friendly/helpful attitude as in other hotels we stayed at in Thailand.
