- Grand Deluxe rooms accomodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. These spacious rooms boast 48 square meters of living apace, and 25 square meters of balcony. Each room comprises a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed or two double beds, one sofa bed and private bathrom with rain shower, flat screen TV with international satellite TV channels/programes, in-room safe, mini-bar and refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, hihg-speed internet access and IDD line telephone.

the hotel made us miss our flight for 6USD
The hotel at first was ok. the rooms were good but it overlooks a sewage canal. Breakfast is served outside so the smell of raw sewage and garbage ruins the breakfast. On check out, they would not let us leave because there was a discrepancy over the minibar (220baht, about 6USD). They do not take credit cards to insure expenses so we left the money for the minibar in the room to compensate. Instead, they lock you in at the front desk with several male guards until you've paid. (no joke). Long story short, because we left the money for the minibar in the room (the cleaning staff had it and later gave it over to the hotel so we could leave after an hour of this nonsense), we missed our flight to Chiang Mai (a value of about 250USD). We plan on filing complaints with American Express in order to recoup the loss. Anyway - and independent of the hotel - DON'T GO TO PATONG BEACH unless you're under 25 or trying to relive the experience of being under 25. Go to Kata Noi (15 minutes past Patong) and spend the extra 50USD/night.

Excellent service and location
The location is excellent, just 500 meters far from the heart of nightlife and 200 from the beach. The rooms are spacious, very modern and trendy with large balcony. Good pool and pool bar and OK breakfast. Absolutely recommended.
