CHEAP AND CHEARFUL
The hotel itself is not bad, the cocktails in the small pool is great but they do seem to make you wait an age for a ice cold drink which is not great in 40 degrees heat. The residence portion of the hotel is far better than the hotel itself as the rooms are much larger for only a extra few hundred bhat (£4). The hotel is full of pervy men looking to bring their catch home... I found huge number of tour groups full of indian men occupying most of the rooms...They were loud and disrespectful... i think this is a common stop over for indian tours as i saw coach after coach arrive.

Dont expect any sleep before 6am in the middle of the night life.was one room away from front of hotel maybe rooms further back might not be as bad but wouldnt put money on it...Bit of a problem with pigeon dropings not very pleasent to look at.not trying to have a pop thia people really nice but this is not quaility place.

only place ive found in pattaya to get an english sausage is an irish bar on soi7.forget name but you will tell which one when you see it..nice range of food english & thia .nice air con very clean.

Hotel is OK. AC in my room didn't work so I was changed to a diff room. This place is guest friendly. The swimming pool is very bad. I hope the hotel management will address this once they finish the construction of the new tower.

excellent location.
this was our 2nd time to stay here. this year they have knocked down the old part of the hotel and are building a new block. there is some noise but nothing excessive, you dont go to pattaya for piece and quiet. the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. the hotel is spotless, and the all day cafe serve lovely food at a very reasonable price. the hotel is less than 100 mtrs from the beach and a short stroll to walking street. soi 8 is a great spot at night. i hope to go back and stay there later this year.

Good location and price near the action
The hotel was nice and clean. A tad bit old but good for the money. Problem with rooms is once the key was removed all power is lost and A/C is off and room gets very hot. Takes 30 min for room to cool off when you return.

Sunshine hotel and resedences
Started out OK, then demo of old wing took twice as long as expected. Also closed pool at the same time. NO COMP FROM HOTEL
