Hotel had roaches, A/C broke twice and water leaked from the ceiling and constently made noise, phone was broke, TV broke and bad reception with only a few US stations, toilet did not flush properly, mosquitos in room were terrible, laundry service was extremely expensive and took 2 days. Pool was nice but very noisy all the time. Restaurant staff was nice but selection was poor. Hotel front desk was not helpful, rude and spoke little to no english.

Nice Breakfast and clean, deep (8 feet) swimmingpool. Only 5-6 minutes walk to nice beach. Nice Jacuzzi in De luxe Garden view rooms. Very slow Internet, slow check in and out, and no Fitness!

Keine 4 sterne dieses Hotel
Dieses hotel hat keine 4 sterne verdient. Zimmer sind nicht sauber mit kakalacken usw. Dieses hotel nie wieder.

กระเบี้องในสระน้ำควรได้รับการซ่อมบำรุง เพราะปูนกาวเริ่มสื่อม แล้วทำให้อาจบาดเท้าได้ ส่วนเรื่องอาหารเช้า ไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย และผักสลัดดูธรรมดาเกินไป
