ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไรค่ะ โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า พรมเหม็นอับ ห้องพักไม่เรียบร้อย ช่วงที่เข้าพักเป็น long weekend อาหารเช้าไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนแขก ไม่เติม แถมไม่หลากหลาย โรงแรมควรปรับปรุงในเรื่องความพร้อมในการต้อนรับ บริการแขกจำนวนมาก ไปครั้งนี้ถือว่าไม่คุ้มค่าเงินที่เสียไปค่ะ ผิดหวังพอควรกับการให้บริการโรงแรมระดับห้าดาวแห่งนี้ค่ะ
