Nova Platinum Hotel is on the south end of Pattaya, Thailand's popular resort party town. This large boutique hotel consists of two buildings linked together by a relaxing pool area. only a good location
This hotel is located very conviently near Walking Street. But it is noisy, expensive (for what it is) and not very hygenic. It can only be called average.

bad shower at nova
cant fix water
had problems with shower for 6 days. nova unable to fix. water also smelled bad. had ants, flays and roachs in bathroom. with all the problems i had with shower where made worse by the fact that before leaving, on trip had to delay trip for a week, nove took 2 days from my resver. and charged me for them. got one day back on resv. that i lost becouse of water problems. mangers do not now how to take care of there customers, yet they charge and act like a 3 star++ which they are not. i would not stay there if they gave me a room for free.

The smell from the oil burners
The smell from the oil burners that surround the hotel is similar to the smell of urine, it is unbearable!

Fair hotel, but many noisy muslim
Fair hotel, but many noisy muslim customers, shouting and talking very loud at all times. Fitness equipment for people under 165 cm of hight. Expencive breakfast, bur free internett of average quality. Nice parking and english speaking staff performing well. Impossible to close windows completely, so ask for room away from mainstreet.

ได้เข้าพักที่ตึกใหม่อยู่ด้านหล
ได้เข้าพักที่ตึกใหม่อยู่ด้านหลังของโรงแรม ประตูห้องปิดยากมากทำให้เกิดเสียงดังขณะปิดประตู เนื่องจากแขกที่เข้าพักมีการเข้า-ออกตลอดทั้งคืน ทำให้มีเสียงปึงปังรบกวนตลอดเวลา นอนไม่ได้เลย นอกจากนี้พนักงานยังใช้ลิฟท์ของแขกในการขนของ และล๊อคลิฟท์ไว้เพื่อการใช้งานของพนักงานโดยไม่คำนึงว่าจะมีแขกชั้นอื่นต้องการใช้ลิฟท์หรือไม่ โดยวันที่เช็คเอ้าท์ออกต้องรอลิฟท์นานมาก เนื่องจากพนักงานล๊อคลิฟท์ไว้ที่ชั้น 7 เพื่อขนผ้าเช็ดตัวลงมา โดยรวมไม่ค่อยประทับใจโรงแรมและไม่คิดจะกลับไปพักอีก

โดยภาพรวมดีทั้ง บริการและสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวม ข้อบกพร่องที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงแก้ไข คือ ชั้นที่เข้าพักนั้น มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะตกค้าง ชั้น 6 ได้แจ้งพนักงานแล้ว ซึ่งรับปากจะรีบแก้ไขด่วน ยุงและมดค่อนข้างเยอะ

Very nice hotel, rooms have a
Very nice hotel, rooms have a good and modern style. People who work there are nice and the restaurant is good and serious. The only problem is that the wifi connection on the room is pretty bad. If you take a room on the street side it's a little noisy too because there is a big road near. In generally it's a very good hotel. I'll go back.
