although i booked more than a
although i booked more than a month before arriving could not find my booking? position good, away from noise on beach road.limited breakfast menu, charged 40 bart for second cup of coffee, no resturant. booked apartment which was very big and clean.staff very friendly. no lift so a lot fitter after we left. definately would stay again

No service what so ever in this hotel despite the fact of having a 1 bedroom suite. the security are serving breakfast and the room start to be in bad shape. only 1 tv left where 2 supposed to be

Room and hotel very good. Location very good, 50 or so metres from main street, far enough back to be away from the noise even at New Year time. There are 2 cooking hobs in the room but no pots or pans - however we did not ask about this. Breakfast is freshly prepared, is good but small portions. Good value for money.

What you see is not what you get!
This is not our first time traveling abroud in fact it is my fifth time to Thailand. I love that country and have had good experiences in my traveling there except this time. We were in our fourth week and had booked the hotel on line and when we arrived, late in the evening, we were given a room at a different hotel yet owned by the same people. Two Nirvana's, side by side but priced considerably different. We were checked into the less expensive and began to feel alittle bit confused. It wasn't until the following morning that we talked to the manager of the Nirvana hotel, who at first was not willing to honor our voucher without some explaining, money paid for the room received about a $25.oo difference, he did concede and put us in the room we had booked on line in the right hotel but was reluctant to do so. Our stay was average and the mix up was deceptive. We will not book there again. Beware what you see may not be what you get!!

Great hotel - large comfy rooms
Great hotel - large comfy rooms and beds. Fast Internet without extra charge. Good room service at sensible prices when kitchen closed. Would thoroughly recommend. Only drawback is no lift - but staff are helpful with bags and only expect small tip !!

The hotel is redecorated from the shop house like other small cheap hotel nearby. It has 2 zones (building) boutique and modern, I bought the standard one and got the modern building. Car park is in front of the shop house and may not be enough. Mate and security ares nice and friendly but not the reception. For next time I prefer other hotel.
